First Horizon Bank has launched its NCR D3 digital platform and the technology will help the bank expand self-service capabilities and offer a more efficient, robust and consistent digital experience for consumer and commercial clients, according to a press release.
First Horizon Bank recently migrated clients to the digital platform, which is hosted by Amazon Web Services and managed by NCR.
“It’s more important than ever to provide our clients a fast, easy and intuitive digital banking experience, and NCR delivers,” Pat Kelly, chief digital officer of First Horizon Bank, said in the release. “Early performance metrics indicate that we are on par with or ahead of the top national banks in terms of engagement and speed. Plus, leveraging the cloud to deploy digital banking has allowed us to introduce updates more often and innovate faster. That’s a critical advantage in the new normal.”
