IT solutions provider Mphasis and enterprise conversational AI platform company have forged a new strategic partnership. The alliance will enable Mphasis to offer new customer experience management and employee engagement solutions to its enterprise clients.

“Conversational AI solutions are leading the way in which enterprise clients are interacting with their end customers,” Mphasis CEO and Managing Director Nitin Rakesh said.
