Smart Communications, a customer conversations management platform, has signed a strategic partnership with IMIMOBILE PLC to bring two-way message orchestration capabilities to Smart Communications customers, according to a press release.
Through this partnership, Smart Communications customers will be able to more effectively coordinate communications across multiple channels, including SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. Additionally, communications and related customer data will be kept safe and secure via IMIMOBILE enterprise grade monitoring and security.
IMIMOBILE platform will extend Smart Communications’ existing capabilities by providing the ability to orchestrate two-way consumer communications across multiple digital channels. The IMIMOBILE platform will automate and orchestrate customer interactions centrally while saving time and reducing costs for enterprises.
Smart Communications’ enterprise clients will be able to engage with their customers in real-time, to facilitate customer onboarding, manage appointments, correspondence, and interactive self-service all over their preferred messaging channel.
